As a Night Nurse in Long-Term Care, you will be essential in ensuring the health and comfort of residents throughout the night. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care to residents in a long-term care environment
- Monitoring and evaluating residents' health conditions and executing care plans
- Administering prescribed medications and treatments
- Collaborating with fellow healthcare professionals to provide top-notch care
- Accurately and promptly documenting patient information
- Maintaining a safe and nurturing environment for residents
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting
