Medical Staff Coordinator at Providence Queen of the Valley Medical Center in Napa, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

Under minimum supervision, the Medical Staff Coordinator plans, develops, organizes, and coordinates the work of the Medical Staff Services Department, and assists the Manager in the operation of the Medical Staff Services Department to contribute to meeting the mission and goals of the Medical Center and to meet the requirements of the Medical Staff Bylaws, Joint Commission standards, and other applicable federal, state, and local regulatory and/or accrediting agencies.

Required Qualifications:

• 5 years' experience in Medical Staff Services and/or credentialing and privileging, or commensurate experience in an acute-care hospital setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Associate's Degree: Major course work in Business or Health Administration.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
