Audit And Reconciliation Specialist

Audits commission payments and reconciles carrier revenue against internal systems to ensure accuracy of financial and enrollment records. Key responsibilities:

Audit commission payments against carrier remittance data to confirm accuracy and completeness.

Reconcile carrier revenue records against internal systems (GAIN) to identify discrepancies between reported and expected payments.

Investigate and correct data integrity issues affecting payment accuracy including member identifiers, effective dates, and duplicate or incomplete records.

Partner with internal teams to research and resolve enrollment/payment mismatches flagged during reconciliation.

Document reconciliation findings and track unresolved exceptions to closure.

Support ad hoc reporting on commission and revenue accuracy for leadership.

Qualifications:

13+ years in reconciliation, accounting support, or data auditing

Strong Excel skills

High attention to detail

Comfortable working across systems and following up with internal stakeholders to close discrepancies.
