Senior Product Manager

Role overview We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the roadmap and vision for our clients' product. You will lead product discovery and delivery end-to-end, working closely with founders, designers, and engineers to turn ambiguous ideas into shipping products that delight creative communities and startup clients. What you’ll do Own the product strategy and roadmap for our clients' products, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Translate customer insights into clear product requirements, PRDs, and prototypes, and drive alignment across founders, design, and engineering. Define and track product success metrics (engagement, retention, activation, growth) and use data and qualitative feedback to iterate rapidly. Partner with engineering to prioritize backlogs, refine scope, and ensure high-quality, on-time delivery across mobile and web platforms. Collaborate on go-to-market: positioning, messaging, launch plans, and investor narratives that clearly communicate product value. Work with client startups as a product partner, helping them shape MVPs, features, and roadmaps based on real user needs and market signals. Champion a product mindset across the company, coaching team members on discovery best practices, experimentation, and learning loops. What you’ll bring 5+ years of product management experience, including as a core PM on web or mobile products (B2C or B2B2C). Proven track record shipping 0→1 or early-stage products, ideally in consumer communities, creator platforms, or marketplaces. Strong product discovery skills: user interviews, hypothesis-driven experiments, and turning insights into clear product decisions. Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—comfortable working with founders and startup clients on product narratives and investor-facing materials. Experience collaborating closely with designers and engineers; able to discuss trade-offs across UX, architecture, and delivery. Data-informed decision-making: familiarity with analytics tools and experimentation to guide prioritization and iteration. Comfort working in a small, fast-paced startup environment with high ownership and ambiguity. Nice-to-have experience Experience with multi-sided platforms (e.g., talent, events, jobs) and building engagement loops. Familiarity with mobile app ecosystems (iOS/Android) and web technologies. Prior work with early-stage startups on product strategy or investor narratives.
