Regional Banker/Teller

Position Overview As a Regional Banker/Teller within PNC's Retail Banking organization, you will be based in Huntington, IN. You will manage customer experience, identify opportunities to enhance customer financial wellbeing, and drive loyalty while increasing share of wallet. Job Description Identify opportunities to improve a customer's financial wellbeing and build loyalty, increasing share of wallet. Participate in proactive sales and service activities, including outbound calling, appointment setting, and lobby engagement. Deliver full PNC conversations with every client interaction to identify appropriate solutions. Leverage ecosystem partnerships to acquire, expand, and retain relationships. Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology and resources. Apply product knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems, driving loyalty. Manage risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits. Ensure teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions are completed efficiently and accurately. Qualifications Required: 1+ years of related experience in retail banking, customer service, or sales. Knowledge of PNC products and services, and the ability to communicate effectively. Strong customer focus, risk management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and within a team, managing multiple priorities. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education or related certification is preferred but not required. Preferred: Experience with proactive sales conversations and lobby engagement. Knowledge of banking products, digital awareness, and effective communications. Skills in leveraging technology, managing multiple priorities, and prospecting.
