Position Summary The Operations Manager is a member of the Store Management team and supports the Store Manager in driving store execution and performance, building consumer loyalty, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities Overall store management, supervision, and policy implementation Sales and inventory management Employee staffing, training, and development Financial management Customer service leadership Lead and support store crew, communicate effectively, and plan operational improvements Essential Functions Management: lead others, supervise, assign and direct activities of store crew, communicate information, provide action plans Customer Service: assist customers, promote CVS service culture Required Qualifications Deductive reasoning ability, advanced analytical and computer skills Advanced communication skills, leadership, supervision, and influencing skill Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight, weekend shifts, overtime, and urgent issues Preferred Qualifications Experience as a retail manager or supervisor Education High school diploma or equivalent required Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is $23.47 - $37.47 per hour. The base salary will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
