What You'll DoBuild Relationships That Matter

Be the friendly face and trusted resource members count on.

You'll:

• Deliver exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through digital channels
• Build strong relationships with members and the Rugby community
• Create positive experiences that strengthen member loyalty
• Help members feel informed, valued, and supported

Help Members Achieve Their Financial Goals

Guide members toward solutions that fit their needs and goals.

You'll:

• Open and maintain member accounts
• Assist with deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
• Help members understand products and services available to them
• Recommend solutions that support financial success

Support Consumer Lending

Help members navigate important financial decisions with confidence.

You'll:

• Assist with personal and auto loans
• Guide members through the loan application process
• Answer questions and provide clear communication throughout the lending experience
• Support lending activities that help members achieve their goals

Keep the Branch Running Smoothly

Success starts with accuracy and attention to detail.

You'll:

• Process transactions efficiently and accurately
• Follow policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
• Maintain a secure and professional environment
• Support daily branch operations and team initiatives

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys helping others and takes pride in delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, banking, credit union, or related experience preferred
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Willingness to learn lending and financial service solutions
