We’re hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) in Jacksonville, Florida who wants flexibility, autonomy, and strong earning potential in a home health setting.

You’ll step into a clinical home health role focused on evaluations, start-of-care visits, reassessments, and discharges. You’ll manage your own schedule while delivering high-quality one-on-one care in patients’ homes across a zoned territory.
