Mayfield Heights Nursing and Rehabilitation is currently seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON / RN to join our team!

We are located at 6757 Mayfield Road, Mayfield Hts., OH 44124.

Candidate must be an RN and have prior experience in Long Term Care. 

RN ADON Requirements:

• Current/active Registered Nurse license
• Nurse management experience
• Long-term care experience

  Responsibilities include:

• Assist in management of nursing department
• Assist in ensuring adherence to Infection control standards
• Assist in management of regulatory compliance
• Assist in ensuring provision of quality care and service
• Assist in staff development and education
• Assist in fiscal management of department
• Collaborate with facility management
