Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional care to med-high risk labor and delivery patients
• Titrate drips and read fetal monitoring strips with confidence
• Support moms and babies in a busy unit with 1500 births yearly
• Collaborate with charge nurses, surgical techs, and neonatologists
• Follow AWHONN guidelines while managing L&D, postpartum, and nursery level 2 needs

Knowledge & Skills

• Labor and delivery expertise
• Nursery level 2 proficiency
• Drip titration and fetal monitoring skills
• High-risk OB patient management

Requirements

• Active RN license
• 2+ years experience in labor and delivery or nursery level 2
• BLS, AWHONN and NRP certifications required
• EPIC charting experience a plus
