Florida Lcsw Telehealth Therapist | Full-Time Remote Clinical RoleWe are seeking a Florida Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide therapy through a remote care model. This role involves helping clients understand their concerns, identify patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and work toward healthier daily functioning.Your day-to-day work will include virtual sessions, assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and follow-up care. The role is clinical, structured, and focused on giving clients reliable support from a licensed professional who can guide them through personal and mental health challenges.Responsibilities include:Meet with clients through scheduled telehealth appointmentsComplete intake evaluations and clinical assessmentsBuild individualized treatment plans based on client goals and clinical needsProvide therapy for concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, grief, family conflict, and major life changesMaintain accurate clinical records, including progress notes and plan updatesTrack client response to treatment and make thoughtful adjustments when neededProvide psychoeducation and practical coping tools during sessionsFollow all telehealth, privacy, and documentation requirementsRefer clients to additional care when symptoms or risk levels require added support
