Global Head, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations

Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Executive Director, Consumer Data Strategy & Operations to lead the development of consumer data capabilities, audience foundations and governance frameworks as part of the Growth Marketing & Media organization.
You will define global segmentation, establish enterprise data governance, and build scalable data ecosystems across brands and markets, partnering with IT and privacy to unlock value from first‑party data and enable growth.
