Scratch & Co. – Now Hiring Hosts Springfield, MO Scratch & Co. is building a high-energy, hospitality-driven team in the Plaza Towers District.

We are looking for polished, friendly hosts who create a strong first and last impression for every guest. As a host, you are the face of the restaurant—setting the tone for the entire guest experience from the moment they walk in.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and manage the front door experience.
• Manage waitlists and reservations efficiently.
• Provide accurate wait times and communicate clearly with guests.
• Coordinate seating flow with servers and management.
• Answer phones and assist with guest inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance.
• Ensure menus and guest materials are clean and presentable.

Requirements:

• Previous host or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Basic knowledge of restaurant operations is a plus.
• Must be at least 16 years old (or per state labor laws).
