In this full-time, Monday–Friday role, the APP will provide high-quality care to hospitalized patients with hematologic and oncologic diagnoses. Responsibilities include managing complications of malignancy, addressing treatment-related side effects, providing palliative care, and overseeing patients admitted for chemotherapy.The APP will apply evidence-based practices to improve outcomes and deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
