John Peters State Farm Agency is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is an opportunity to build and grow your insurance career with a guaranteed $45,000 base salary plus uncapped commission and bonuses.

What We're Looking For

Active 440 or 220 insurance license required before starting
Insurance sales experience preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable talking with customers and prospective customers
Motivated by sales goals and earning potential
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused
Spanish/English bilingual is a plus!

What You'll Do

Connect with customers and prospective customers
Identify insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage
Prepare quotes and explain insurance options
Follow up with leads and prospective customers
Generate new insurance business
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Provide a positive customer experience throughout the sales process
