You will work with employees across the organization on various services, programs, projects, or initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily gift processing including accurate entry, documentation, deposits, and financial reconciliation.
• Manage the donor database, maintaining accurate donor and gift records, data integrity, spreadsheets, and reporting.
• Prepare timely, professional donor acknowledgments and stewardship communications, applying strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Serve as a welcoming first point of contact for donors, community members, and partners, delivering outstanding customer service.
• Play a key role in supporting the department, events, and high-impact giving seasons, helping our team achieve its mission and goals.

Required Qualifications

• Completion of two or more years of college; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. At least one year of administrative assistant or coordinator experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a nonprofit, healthcare, social services, or mission-driven environment.
