responsibilities:

• Support and optimize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to monitor and improve energy, water, and gas consumption

• Identify and deliver measurable energy savings and efficiency gains through facility audits and building system improvements

• Collect, analyze, and report sustainability metrics and KPIs including GHG emissions and energy intensity to leadership and stakeholders

• Manage capital projects focused on energy conservation, renewable energy transition, and water management

• Collaborate with facilities and maintenance teams on green building practices and site improvements

• Ensure environmental regulatory compliance including working knowledge of NPDES and RCRA

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or environmental science

• Must have Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience

• Proven track record in sustaining facilities operations including identifying savings opportunities, implementing improvements, and tracking measurable results

• Working knowledge of solar PV, retro-commissioning, and waste-to-energy

Preferred

• LEED Certification

• AutoCAD proficiency
