About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our high-acuity Direct Care Clinic in Central Washington. You'll be part of a collaborative team, working alongside one full-time physician and two APPs in a fast-paced walk-in clinic setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population in a high-volume clinic (20-25 patients per shift).
• Perform general procedures, including:
  • Sutures
  • Mole removals
  • Skin biopsies
  • Toenail removals
  • Some women's health procedures
• Diagnose and treat a broad spectrum of acute and chronic conditions.
• Work independently while collaborating with a supportive clinical team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in longitudinal Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Direct Care Clinics.
• Proficiency in urgent care procedures.
• Strong clinical judgment and ability to thrive in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
