Shall be able to follow direction and accept supervision.* Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.* Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, document with a computerized clinical record and e-mail correspondence. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.**Experience and/or Education Qualifications:*** Must possess a Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.* Physician assistants must maintain their state license and certification. Certified physician assistants must pass a recertification examination every 10 years and complete at least 100 hours of continuing medical education every 2 years.* APRNS must possess a Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. Previous experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.* Must possess and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Missouri, a certificate of recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Missouri and credentialing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner by a national certification body recognized by the state of Missouri.* Previous experience in the behavioral health field is preferred.**Supervisory Requirements:*** None.**Employment Requirements:*** Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint check.* Completion of New Hire Orientation at the beginning of employment.* All training requirements including Relias at the beginning of employment and annually thereafter.* Current driver’s license, acceptable driving record and current auto insurance.**Physical Requirements:**ADA Consideration - Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally (exists up the 1/3 of the time) and/or a negligible amount of force frequently (exists 1/3 to 2/3 of the time) to lift, carry, push, or pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body.
