Elgin Veterinary Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join their incredible Equine team!!
We are seeking an enthusiastic, customer service orientated candidate with a positive, outgoing personality to join our team. Elgin Veterinary Hospital located in Elgin, TX is an equine referral and primary care facility that offers the best in medical and surgical treatments. We emphasize exceptional customer service and patient care.

Being a part of our team, you will perform a broad range of simultaneous duties that will include:
- Answer multi-line phone system
- Schedule appointments
- Assist with checking patients in and out
- Generate invoices
- Process payments
- Package lab work
- Run end of day closings
Requirements include:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one-year experience in a customer service position
- Equine experience strongly desired
- Bilingual is a plus
- Excellent communication skills-verbal and written
- Ability to prioritize in a busy environment
- Positive attitude
- Must be a team player
- Shifts may vary between 7am-6pm Monday-Friday
- Work 1-2 Saturdays a month from 8am-noon
