A Project Manager for Friedrich Watkins of Tampa, LLC would be an outgoing, entrepreneurial, construction professional who is looking for hands-on experience in all aspects of a mid-size commercial construction business. Day-to-day you will work directly with the President and Superintendents performing and assisting with all duties of the company. This is an excellent opportunity for a self-driven individual to have complete responsibility for their own projects from concept to closeout.

The company’s President, Mike Bucalo has operated in the Commercial Construction Market since 2007 in Tampa

FWC has relationships with many key architects, engineers, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers in the Tampa Bay market that have led to success. We value these relationships and strive to perform each project with integrity, on schedule, within budget and with the quality to earn the opportunity for repeat business.

• Since 2005, Friedrich Watkins of Tampa (FWC) has delivered general contracting, construction management, and design-build services across Greater Tampa Bay, from hospital labs to theme park attractions
• We take on the region's most demanding work: tight logistics, sophisticated programs, and clients such as Moffitt Cancer Center, USF, AdventHealth, Busch Gardens, The Florida Aquarium, ZooTampa, the Straz Center, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers
• Our teams build across ten markets: healthcare, life science and laboratories, hospitality, university and institutional, sports and entertainment, theme parks, restaurants, automotive, solar, and data centers
