We are currently seeking a Marketing Administrator The Marketing Administrator provides administrative, organizational and operational support to the AMC Marketing team, including digital platform and listing administration. This role helps keep the department organized and ensures marketing projects, documentation, vendors, digital accounts and day-to-day administrative needs are managed efficiently. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive, with strong follow-through and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on support role that works across all areas of Marketing and regularly coordinates with internal teams, vendors and external partners. This position can be onsite (is in Utah), hybrid or fully remote. Responsibilities include: Marketing Operations & Administrative Support Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team and leadership. Maintain marketing calendars, trackers, files, contact lists and other department documentation. Coordinate meetings, agendas, notes, follow-ups and action items. Help track deadlines, deliverables and project status across Marketing initiatives. Assist with department communications and internal marketing updates. Organize and maintain shared marketing folders, templates and resources. Digital & Platform Support Assist with claiming, verifying and maintaining property listings across Google, Bing, Apple and other digital platforms. Assist with connecting and maintaining property social media accounts and locations within AMC's social media management platforms. Help ensure property information, contact details, hours, locations and other core business information are accurate across digital platforms. Coordinate access, permissions and account ownership during acquisitions, dispositions and other portfolio transitions. Maintain accurate records of property digital accounts, ownership, access and verification status. Escalate technical, access or platform issues to the appropriate Marketing team. Assist with vendor onboarding, contracts, invoices and other administrative requirements. Maintain vendor and contract records and help track renewals and expiration dates. Assist with tracking marketing budgets, invoices, purchase orders and spend. Coordinate with Finance and vendors to resolve billing or administrative issues. Property & Client Support Assist Marketing teams with gathering information and materials needed for property and client initiatives. Help coordinate photography, signage, collateral, events and other marketing resources. Maintain accurate property and client marketing information and documentation. Support acquisitions, dispositions and other portfolio transitions as needed. Project & Team Support Assist with project coordination across Property Marketing, Client Success, Digital Experience & Brand, Digital Performance & Martech and Corporate & Growth Marketing. Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, trainings and marketing initiatives. Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure requested items are completed. Provide additional administrative and project support as needed. Requirements: 0-2 years of administrative, marketing, project coordination or related experience; relevant internship, academic or equivalent experience will be considered. Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize competing deadlines and follow through independently. Comfortable working with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace and learning new software and technology platforms. Comfortable navigating digital platforms, managing account access and learning new marketing systems. Basic familiarity with social media platforms and business listings such as Google, Bing and Apple is a plus. Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com or similar platforms is a plus. Proactive, resourceful and willing to learn in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Marketing, real estate, property management or multi-location experience is a plus, but not required.
