Director, Managed Markets - Regional - West
BridgeBio Pharma
BridgeBio Pharma seeks a Director of Managed Markets to lead access strategy across the western U.S. territories, managing relationships with regional payers and health plans to support rare disease portfolio launches and ensure appropriate coverage.
Responsibilities
- Lead Kaiser Permanente relationship expansion and engagement across western region
- Develop and maintain senior relationships with commercial payers, Medicaid programs, and integrated delivery networks
- Create account-specific business plans for major California public plans and regional payers
- Profile payer processes, identify launch barriers, and address coverage obstacles proactively
- Coordinate with medical, health economics, marketing, pricing, and field teams on access execution
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience managing regional payer relationships and access strategy
- Knowledge of commercial, Medicaid, and FFS payer landscapes
- Experience with formulary and pharmacy policy review processes
- Track record coordinating cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical commercialization
- Senior-level relationship management and account planning skills
