Requirements

Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
Proficiency with Eaglesoft dental software
Strong computer skills and ability to manage electronic health records
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to educate and motivate patients
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and reliable
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and infection control procedures
Laser certification is highly desirable but not mandatory

Job Description

Welcome and prepare patients for hygiene care while ensuring their comfort throughout the visit
Conduct thorough co-discovery sessions with patients, explaining oral health status and treatment benefits
Perform timely and accurate periodontal probing documentation (6 points, bleeding, mobility, etc.)
Select, set up, and sterilize instruments, equipment, and materials following all health and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the hygiene operatory, ensuring it is well-stocked and compliant with sterilization protocols
Schedule recare and follow-up appointments to promote ongoing patient oral health maintenance
Provide exceptional patient education on periodontal health and preventive care
Collaborate effectively with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations and excellent patient experience

Shift & Schedule

Monday – Wednesday 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Lunch 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM)
