Clinical App Systems Analyst Epic - Specialist, IS Patient Services, Fully Remote

ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical App Systems Analyst Epic-Spec serves as a subject matter expert for the supported clinical application technology system and demonstrates understanding of the complex functional and technical nuances of those systems. This position demonstrates the highest degree of knowledge and expertise in the hierarchy of the clinical application technology, including core functional requirements, installation steps, networking, infrastructure requirements, and workflow processes. The Clinical App Systems Analyst EPIC-Spec advises and makes recommendations for hardware, software, networking, storage, and integration needs. This position coordinates the deployment of technology with other Information Systems team members, operations stakeholders, or vendors. Engages in developing strategic planning for implementation of clinical technology or patient care applications to keep pace with industry standards and improve patient care. The Clinical App Systems Analyst Epic-Spec makes recommendations for new technology implementation to maintain the fluidity and integrity of both clinical and technical information systems. The Clinical App Systems Analyst Epic-Spec demonstrates the ability to conduct oneself with the highest level of professionalism and customer service and must be able to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers. This position demonstrates the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations while providing guidance or coordination of other Information Systems resources, stakeholders, and vendors. The Clinical App Systems Analyst Epic-Spec participates in or leads portions of upgrades, implementations, and enhancements that may require changes to networks, servers, software, and/or databases; and regularly provides guidance and training to less experienced analysts. This position is responsible for quality assurance review, issue mitigation, and resolution; and must possess the ability to communicate impact of changes to the Information technology environments to executive leadership.**This position offers a fully remote work opportunity.
