National Account Director

Outset Medical

Outset Medical seeks a National Account Director to develop and execute enterprise growth strategies for assigned national health systems. The role involves building executive relationships, converting contract access into system-wide adoption of the Tablo hemodialysis system, and coordinating cross-functional teams across regions and facilities.

Responsibilities

Develop and own strategic account plans including facility targets, sequencing, and executive engagement priorities
Build trusted relationships with C-suite, clinical, and operational stakeholders across assigned health systems
Establish national agreements and remove barriers to facility-level adoption and procurement
Align Area Sales Managers and field teams on account priorities and facility sequencing
Track system-level penetration, treatment metrics, and account progress against established milestones

Requirements

Proven experience managing complex enterprise or national accounts in medical devices or healthcare
Strong strategic planning and account management capabilities with demonstrated revenue growth
Ability to build and maintain C-suite and executive-level relationships
Experience coordinating across multiple regional teams and cross-functional departments
Track record of translating strategy into measurable penetration and adoption metrics
Understanding of hospital systems, procurement processes, and clinical decision-making
