Project Manager

Location: Sioux Falls, SD Company Type: Design-Build General Contractor Project Focus: Multifamily & Student Housing (Wood-Framed Construction) Job Title Project Manager Position Overview The Project Manager will oversee multifamily and student housing projects, with a strong focus on wood-framed construction. Working within a collaborative design‑build environment, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.
