MedCadre is seeking a travel CT Technologist for a travel job in Columbus, Ohio.

Position: CT Tech
Location: Columbus, OH 43214
Shift: Day and Night Both Available 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00)
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks

• Perform high-quality CT scans according to physician orders and established imaging protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for CT procedures while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer contrast media as required and monitor patients for adverse reactions.
• Review images for quality, accuracy, and diagnostic value before submission to radiologists.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot CT imaging equipment.
• Follow radiation safety standards and ALARA principles to minimize patient exposure.
• Verify patient identity, medical history, and exam requirements prior to procedures.
• Monitor patients during exams and respond appropriately to emergencies.
• Document procedures, patient information, and contrast administration accurately in the EMR.
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide quality patient care.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards in accordance with facility policies.
• Assist with departmental workflow and support other imaging modalities as needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience
• Registered with ARRT Licensed to practice in the State of Ohio
• Graduate of an approved accredited radiology technology program.
• OH State License required, pending license is accepted
• Large hospital experience preferred
• BLS
