Job Title: General Dentist
Location: Leavenworth, KS Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance: Negotiable Job Type: Full-Time Schedule:• Monday - Thursday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM • Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM • No on-call or weekend requirements Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate General Dentist to join a growing and supportive dental team in Leavenworth, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for both experienced providers and new graduates to build a rewarding career while delivering high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment. Responsibilities:
• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and develop individualized treatment plans • Provide preventive, restorative, and cosmetic dental procedures • Diagnose oral health conditions and recommend appropriate treatment options • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care practices • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and patient records Qualifications:
• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school (required) • Active Kansas Dental license (or eligibility to obtain) • New graduates are welcome to apply • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Positive, team-oriented attitude with a commitment to professionalism Compensation & Benefits:
• Guaranteed daily compensation of $800, providing stable earnings from day one. • Performance-based earning potential after 3 months: Receive 28% of collections or $800/day, whichever is greater, allowing you to maximize your income as your patient base grows. • 50% employer-paid health insurance (effective January 2027) • 401(k) contribution • 1 week Paid Time Off (PTO) • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (negotiable)
