About the Role

The Clinical Director will lead and support our clinical team while maintaining a low individual caseload. You’ll oversee clinical quality, guide case development, mentor staff, and help ensure that every client receives ethical, effective, and individualized care.

This position offers hybrid flexibility, leadership autonomy, and the support needed to focus on quality rather than volume.

What You’ll Do

• Mentor, supervise, and support Program Managers and clinical staff

• Oversee clinical programming and the delivery of high-quality ABA services

• Manage a low individual caseload

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

• Monitor client progress, analyze clinical data, and adjust programming as needed

• Support case development, clinical problem-solving, and treatment integrity

• Lead staff training, competency development, and ongoing professional growth

• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members

• Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and applicable requirements

• Help foster a collaborative culture built on communication, accountability, and support

What We’re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification in good standing, required

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field

• ABA clinical experience, with supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred

• Experience conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and overseeing clinical programming

• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Experience supporting individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities

• Someone who values quality care, mentorship, collaboration, and individualized treatment

• Ability to stay organized and effective in a hybrid work environment

Compensation and Benefits

• $60–$70 per hour, based on experience
