Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant | Outpatient Occ Med/Primary Care

We have an exciting opening for a dedicated and innovative Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate at an employer-sponsored occupational health and primary care clinic in Stoughton, Wisconsin. In this role, you will offer occupational health screenings, treat workplace injuries and illnesses, perform fit-for-duty exams, conduct drug/urine screenings, handle workers’ compensation, and provide primary care services, including managing chronic diseases and advocating for patient health and wellness. • Manage only 10-14 patients per day

• $130,000 – $160,000 base salary (negotiable based on experience)

Qualifications:

• Active license & current AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA board certification required
• Minimum of two years of practice experience, including treating patients 3+ years
• Workers’ comp experience a plus, but client is also willing to train!
