Apply for this role today!The Frontline Leader in the Warehouse will manage a small team of associates in our Warehouse and will be responsible for the timely movement of inventory, materials and products. Frontline Leaders have a direct impact on our Associates and our business through:Key Responsibilities:Train, coach, and develop team members to improve performance, safety, and engagementMonitor workflow and staffing to meet productivity and service level targetsOperate forklifts and other material handling equipment as needed; serve as a hands-on resource for the teamInvestigate discrepancies, resolve inventory issues, and coordinate cross-functionally as neededContinuous Improvement:Safety: Foster a culture of safety by completing safety incident reports, holding others accountable to safety protocols, and providing mentorship to safety champions.Quality: Support a quality culture and established quality standards. Understand the Red Tag process, quarantine process, and participating in root cause analysis.Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to processes and associate performance to ensure that processes are picking, packaging, shipping/receiving runs effectively and efficientlyCommunication: Ensure others are informed of day-to-day operations, delivery metrics, customer demands, or obstacles/challenges that the team are faced with.Required Qualifications:18 years or older with a High School Diploma or GEDProven leadership abilities with 3-5 years of experience (Team Lead, Supervisor, or similar role) in a warehouse, logistics, or materials management environmentHands-on experience with receiving processes, including system entry, and discrepancy resolutionForklift experience required (certification preferred or ability to obtain quickly)Strong working knowledge of inventory control practices and warehouse operationsDemonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and improve performanceComfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environmentStrong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-taskAbility to lift 50 lbs.Preferred Qualifications:Forklift certification (or recent practical experience operating various equipment)Experience with ERP/WMS systemsLean, 5S, or continuous improvement experienceExperience in manufacturing or high-volume distribution environmentsHypertherm Associates is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer, and we welcome all applications.
