Outside Property Claim Associate

To support the management of 1st party property claims, the full-time Outside Property Claim Associate will participate in comprehensive training, review and document claims, and gather information from various stakeholders while working remotely in the Centennial/Denver area. Key responsibilities Actively participate in structured training classes covering insurance policies and claim processes Review, investigate, and document 1st party property claims under supervision Gather information from policyholders, claimants, witnesses, and third-party providers Required qualifications Willingness to reside in or relocate to the assigned territory of Centennial/Denver Completion of an online pre-employment assessment Ability to analyze leases, contracts, and other relevant documents Interest in developing skills in claim handling and customer service Commitment to a structured training program lasting 9-12 months
