These roles are critical to ensuring fast, accurate network deployment and performance enhancement during an accelerated project timeline. Detailed Job Description You will join a fast‑paced field engineering team to support Huawei 4G network deployment, integration, and optimization activities. The Integration Expert will focus on NodeB/eNodeB integration, configuration, and troubleshooting, while the Optimization Expert will drive KPI improvements, conduct performance analysis, and troubleshoot radio issues. Both roles require hands‑on Huawei 4G expertise and the ability to deliver under tight timelines in a dynamic project environment. All in‑country logistics, including accommodation and transportation, will be provided. Key Responsibilities Huawei 4G Integration Expert Perform 4G site integration, commissioning, and acceptance testing. Configure and troubleshoot eNodeB parameters and scripts. Validate site readiness, alarms, and connectivity (LMT/UME, MML, M2000/U2020). Support on‑ground teams during cutovers and activation windows. Ensure integration quality and timely delivery of assigned sites. Huawei 4G Optimization Expert Conduct drive test analysis and 4G KPI monitoring (CSSR, HOSR, Throughput, ERAB). Perform radio parameter tuning, neighbor optimization, and interference management. Troubleshoot coverage, quality, and mobility issues. Provide daily performance reports and improvement plans. Collaborate with field and core teams to ensure end‑to‑end performance. Required Qualifications & Skills Proven hands‑on Huawei 4G experience (Integration or Optimization depending on role). Strong understanding of LTE architecture, parameters, and feature sets. Experience with Huawei tools: M2000/U2020, LMT, PRS, GENEX Probe/Assistant. Ability to work under high‑pressure deployment timelines. Immediate availability for travel. Nice‑to‑Have Skills Experience working in African telecom environments. Knowledge of multi‑vendor interoperability. Understanding of 2G/3G/VoLTE KPIs.
