Senior Security Engineer

About the Role
Join the security team at a rapidly growing enterprise AI company. You will partner with product engineers to embed security throughout the software development lifecycle and help protect sensitive customer data across a multi-tenant platform.
What You'll Do
Design and implement application security controls, including secure coding practices, threat modeling, and vulnerability management.
Work with product engineering teams to integrate security from design through deployment.
Build security tooling and automation that helps developers identify and remediate vulnerabilities.
Lead security code reviews and architecture assessments, with attention to AI integrations and customer data handling.
Respond to application security incidents and drive improvements based on lessons learned.
What We're Looking For
At least 4 years of software engineering experience and hands-on application or infrastructure security experience, or strong engineering experience and a clear interest in security.
Experience with cloud security on GCP or AWS and familiarity with tools and practices such as Python, Kubernetes, CI/CD, SAST, DAST, IAST, and container security.
Strong software engineering skills and the ability to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams.
Experience in a fast-growing startup or similarly dynamic engineering environment is valued.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary is $200,000 to $330,000 USD annually. Visa sponsorship is available.
