Job Type: 6 month Contract to Hire (W2)

Location: Bernville, PA 19506

Industry: Manufacturing

Shifts: 3rd Shift - 11:00pm – 7:00am EST (Sunday - Thursday)

Onsite Flexibility: 100% onsite

Pay Rate: $20.75

Our manufacturing facility is expanding, and we are looking for skilled Forklift Operators to join our team immediately. This is a high-intensity role perfect for those who enjoy staying active and maximizing their earnings through consistent overtime.

Schedule & Shift Information

We operate around the clock to meet production demands. Candidates must be comfortable with a demanding, high-reward schedule:

Shift Structure: 11:00pm to 7:00am
Work Week: Sunday - Thursday plus Overtime
Availability: 3rd Shift
Note: Overtime is paid at 1.5x your hourly rate for any hours worked over 40 per week.
Ideal experience with OS Forklift, Standup forklift and Cherry Picker
The associates cannot be afraid of heights as they will need to be strapped in and pick products from at least 6 floors high roughly
All orientations will be on 2nd shift which will start at 12pm on Mondays and Wednesday
The training will either be on 1st or 2nd shift
Key Responsibilities:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be the backbone of our material handling process, ensuring the production line never stops.

Material Movement: Safely transport raw materials to production lines and move finished goods to the warehouse or shipping docks.
Loading/Unloading: Operate sit-down or stand-up forklifts to unload trailers and stack pallets in high-bay racking.
Inventory Accuracy: Use RF scanners to track movement and ensure the warehouse management system is up to date.
Safety Compliance: Perform daily pre-shift equipment inspections and adhere to all OSHA and facility safety standards.
Maintenance: Keep the work area clean and organized to prevent accidents and improve efficiency.

Candidate Requirements:

Experience: At least 1 year of experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
Stamina: Ability to work 60 hours per week in a fast-paced setting.
Reliability: Strong attendance record is a must, especially given the work schedule.
Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and sit/stand for long durations during a shift.
Safety Mindset: A "safety first" attitude with a clean track record of equipment operation.
