This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working around vehicles and takes pride in creating a great customer experience.What You'll DoGreet and welcome service customers, assist all customers promptly.Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel cover, and floor mats in vehicles arriving for service.Identify the service advisor with whom the customer has an appointment and notify that advisor.Drive vehicles from the service lane to their proper places in the service parking lot.Retrieve customer vehicles from the parking lot when the customer pays their bill or as the advisor directs.Maintain the parking lot. Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist the Service Receptionist with incoming telephone calls.Assist Shuttle driver when needed.Perform several clerical tasks as assigned by service management.Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, or integrity of the dealership, its employees or customers.What You'll BringCommitment to outstanding customer serviceA team-first mindsetTake pride in maintaining a clean appearance of the dealershipWork outdoors and be active throughout the dayPrevious dealership, porter, valet, or customer service experienceAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.Total RewardsThe expected pay range for this position is $16.90 to $18.00 per hourly (DOE). Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
