Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct assessments and evaluations: Perform thorough evaluations of patients, utilizing the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders and other clinically appropriate tools to formulate individualized care plans.

• Provide ongoing therapy: Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, proactively monitoring each patient's progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to support mental health recovery and resilience.

• Maintain accurate documentation: Create and update comprehensive treatment records and reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.

• Collaborate on treatment plans: Work alongside patients, families, and other healthcare providers to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each individual.
