Clinical Liaison

Full job description Overview: The Clinical Liaison builds and maintains relationships with hospitals to drive patient referrals and admissions to skilled nursing facilities. Key Responsibilities: Work as part of a centralized referral process and have key accounts at specific hospitals. Manage and grow referral relationships with hospital staff (social workers, nurses, case managers). Oversee admissions process and ensure smooth transitions for patients. Develop and execute monthly sales strategies with the admissions team. Track and report on sales activity, competitive trends, and referral sources. Qualifications: 2-3 years of healthcare sales or marketing experience (long-term care preferred). Licensed Nurse Preferred Knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Managed Care. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with EHR systems.
