Role Description Role Description We're looking for a social-first storyteller to own our presence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels. You'll sit at the intersection of robotics, sports and pop culture — documenting the league story, Fight Nights, building our digital audience, and bringing the energy of our events to screens everywhere. You'll work directly with our Creative Producer as a core member of the creative team. What You'll Do Develop and execute a content calendar across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms Create and drive viral social trends that grow UFB’s audience and deepen engagement Show up on camera — host, interview, and narrate events with your own authentic voice Shoot, edit, and publish social-first video optimized for each platform Collaborate with the Creative Producer on broader campaign and event goals Attend live Fight Night and dance competition events, including travel to SF, Las Vegas, and future markets Build and engage our communities — respond to fans, surface cultural moments, grow our following Track performance analytics and iterate based on what's resonating What You Bring Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally in entertainment, sports, tech, or culture AI native - you build agents that do ops and analytics heavy lifting for you Comfort and confidence on camera — you're happy being the face of a brand Hands-on video shooting and editing skills, with a mobile-first, platform-native approach Genuine curiosity about the intersection of robotics, art, and live entertainment Strong instincts for scroll-stopping content in fast-moving, hype-driven spaces Growth hacking mode - hypothesis testing, analytics, iterations Ability to move fast, adapt on-site at live events, and thrive in unscripted moments Nice to Have Background in esports, gaming Experience with robotics or tech brands Motion graphics or After Effects skills Community management at scale An existing creator or influencer network #J-18808-Ljbffr
