Building And Construction Estimator In this Building and Construction Estimator role, you will: Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and higher education projects Analyze drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform quantity takeoffs and pricing analysis Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids Collaborate with project managers and preconstruction teams Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality Support proposal development and bid submissions A strong background in commercial and higher education Building and Construction is essential for success in this position. The ideal candidate will have: 3+ years of estimating experience in Building and Construction Proven expertise in commercial and higher education projects (required) Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and pricing Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Excellent analytical and organizational skills Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Excel A consistent track record working as an estimator on relevant projects Candidates without experience in both commercial and higher education sectors will not be considered for this role.
