Associate Director, Media

Job Description Right now, we’re looking for an ace Associate Media Director – someone who can take the reins for the Media department, own key accounts and develop strong bonds with clients and internal teams alike. Responsibilities Day to day, your role includes: Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating closely with Account, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure that work is strategically aligned and on brief Expertly guiding and managing relationships between Media teams, account directors and clients to consistently deliver high-quality, inspiring work and grow our business Providing thoughtful feedback to Media teams, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing Playing a key role in spotting issues with core client teams and in developing new client relationships Maintaining and improving the success of publisher relationships Qualifications Day to day, your role includes: Overseeing development of program strategies and analysis for clients, collaborating closely with Account, Creative and Measurement teams to ensure that work is strategically aligned and on brief Expertly guiding and managing relationships between Media teams, account directors and clients to consistently deliver high-quality, inspiring work and grow our business Providing thoughtful feedback to Media teams, using performance evaluation and internal process improvement to develop and motivate talent Smartly manage revenue and program budgets to ensure necessary and optimal resourcing Playing a key role in spotting issues with core client teams and in developing new client relationships Maintaining and improving the success of publisher relationships Additional Information Compensation Range: $97,375 - $155,961. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
