Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the care of all assigned patients in an emergency department setting
• Apply critical thinking and independent problem-solving skills to manage patient care effectively
• Utilize crisis management skills to respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Provide care for patients across the age continuum in a fast-paced ED environment

Required Qualifications

• Current Washington State RN Licensure
• BLS certification at the Healthcare Provider (HCP) level through AHA or equivalent (must be obtained within 30 days of hire)
• Minimum of one year of RN experience in acute care and/or emergency medicine
• Demonstrated critical thinking, problem-solving, and crisis management abilities

Preferred Experience / Skills

• ACLS, PALS, and/or TNCC certifications
• CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse) certification
• Prior experience in an emergency department setting
