Ivy Park at Otay Ranch
Ivy Park at Otay Ranch in California is seeking a Sales and Marketing Director to generate and manage leads, guide moves into their new home, and work with the Executive Director and VP of Sales to craft a strategic marketing plan. Your goal is to achieve budgeted occupancy targets.
You will lead day-to-day marketing activities, build community relationships, and coordinate events to attract prospects while driving revenue and resident satisfaction.
