RN – NICU Travel | Moreno Valley, CA | Nights

We are seeking experienced NICU Registered Nurses for a travel assignment in a high-acuity neonatal intensive care environment caring for critically ill newborns and infants. Nurses must be comfortable working independently and may float to the PEDS/PICU as needed.

Requirements

• Active California RN License
• BLS Certification
• NRP Certification
• Recent NICU Experience
• Minimum 3 Years of NICU Experience
• PEDS and PICU experience preferred (ability to float)

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care to neonatal patients in a NICU setting
• Perform admission assessments and ongoing reassessments
• Develop and update individualized plans of care
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Monitor ventilated and critically ill neonatal patients
• Perform neonatal blood draws and line management
• Operate bedside monitoring equipment
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Educate and support parents and caregivers
• Follow infection control and patient safety standards

• Acute Care Hospital
• High-Acuity Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)

Ideal Candidate

• Strong NICU background
• Comfortable caring for critically ill neonates
• Experience with ventilators, central lines, and neonatal monitoring
• Able to float to PEDS/PICU if needed
