What you’ll do: Support refinery-wide financial management activities including budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, cost management, accounting support, expenditure governance, and business planning. Partner with multiple functional areas to improve financial visibility, strengthen decision-making, and drive business performance. Develop, maintain and analyze operating budgets, forecasts and long-range plans. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual forecasts. Internal stakeholders include Operations, Maintenance, Engineering, Supply Chain, Commercial, Accounting, Corporate Finance, Shared Services and Refinery Leadership Team. Who you are: Legally authorized to work in the US. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related discipline. 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, forecasting, cost management, FP&A, or finance business partnering. Strong analytical, financial modeling, reporting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial information and communicate results effectively. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
