Join a well-established and growing production company in Monroe as a full-time, direct hire Industrial Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you'll work with a variety of production equipment and systems, tackling both preventative and emergency maintenance to keep operations running efficiently. You'll collaborate with multiple departments, play a key role in minimizing downtime, and help ensure a safe, productive manufacturing environment.

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Job Duties:

• Perform preventative maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems
• Respond to emergency maintenance issues
• Support production by minimizing equipment downtime
• Maintain safe and efficient operation of manufacturing equipment

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in food production or manufacturing maintenance
• Experience with preventative maintenance, equipment setup, and repairs
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity working in a GMP-regulated environment
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and manuals

Schedule: Monday Friday, 2:00 pm 10:30 pm

• Training on days: Monday Friday, 6:00 am 2:30 pm

Pay Range: $27 - $38 per hour
