Key Responsibilities\nAs a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

- Provide individual therapy that tailors interventions to the unique needs and circumstances of each client, leveraging evidence-based practices. \n
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring goals are aligned with their aspirations for mental health and wellness. \n
- Monitor client progress through assessments and feedback, adapting treatment strategies to maximize efficacy and outcomes. \n
- Engage regularly with our multidisciplinary team to integrate care, share insights, and discuss complex cases that require a collective approach. \n
You will be primarily working with young adults aged 18 to 30, many of whom may be navigating transitions in their lives, academic pressures, or social challenges. This demographic often requires tailored strategies that address specific developmental, emotional, and psychological needs. Our outpatient programs emphasize evidence-based practices and holistic treatment methodologies, ensuring that clients receive well-rounded support.
Qualifications\nThe ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- A Bachelor's Degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field. \n
- Current licensure as a Professional Counselor in Colorado (LPC). \n
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to establish rapport quickly. \n

While not mandatory, the following experiences are preferred:

- Experience working with young adults in an outpatient setting or through telehealth. \n
