Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate

The Louisville, Kentucky office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate. Qualifications 2–4 years of Insurance, Product Liability, or Tort Litigation experience Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team Kentucky licensure or ability to obtain it in the short-term Compensation The salary range for this role is $160,000-$175,000, reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws. Associates are also eligible for: Quarterly and annual objective bonuses, with maximum objective bonus opportunities ranging from approximately $14,000 to $22,000 per year, depending on associate level Benefits Medical (HSA with employer contribution or PPO options) Dental and vision coverage Life insurance Short- and long-term disability Various parental leaves Sick and vacation time Why FBT Gibbons?
