Customer (Member) Service Representative

Kosciusko REMC is seeking a dedicated and member-focused Full-Time Member Service Representative/Cashier to join our team.

We seek someone to serve as the first point of contact for members-both in person and over the phone-handling payments, billing inquiries, and service requests. The person who joins our team would provide exceptional customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor. Previous experience in customer service, processing payments, balancing a cash drawer, and basic computer skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are required.

Pay Range: $23.75 - $25.75

REQUIREMENTS:

· Degree in Business or High School graduate

· Five years of experience in an office environment is preferred

· Must possess adequate data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

· Basic Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel skills

· Experience processing payments and balancing a cash drawer

· Excellent customer service and communication skills with external and internal contacts

· Must be able to learn current and new procedures and adapt to a changing and challenging environment

· Have a valid driver's license

· Be able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

· Must live within 45 minutes of the Kosciusko REMC facility
